I think I need some hand exercises if I am going to continue to play bass or maybe I need to play some everyday.
I got home well after dark last night and left before daylight this morning but I didn't see any storm damage around my neighborhood. Normally with high winds and rain, we have lots of limbs and other debris in the street but nothing this morning. I guess we dodged that one.

Tonight is music night. I have been listening to Don Williams "I Believe in You" this afternoon and the bass line is just about as mellow as Williams himself. I tried it and the guitar and both just flow.
I really need a Telecaster to play the guitar part right, but I don't think my wife agrees.

A while back, I saw a "test" that was supposed to show what Scifi author you were most like. I tested out as Ayn Rand , although I had never read anything she wrote. Last night, I started on "Atlas Shrugged".

Ticked-Off Tuesday
Last week my Grand-Nephew age 6 turned his four-wheel ATV over and broke his arm. What kind of idiot lets a 6 year old ride an ATV alone, unsupervised?
Oh, one of my more intelligent relatives.
Never Mind!

Thanks to all who stopped by to have some cake and ice cream. A birthday is just a number but it does make a difference what the number is.
Lee made me a pecan pie. If there was only one food, it should be pecan pie. I get to eat the whole thing myself since she left yesterday for a week in Florida.
I also get to turn the electric guitar all the way up.
Oh yeah and cook for myself.
There's always a cloud!
