I have my annual case of the crud this week. Everything is a bit fuzzy and I have a million things to do that aren't getting done.
Well, I don't think they are getting done but then things are a bit fuzzy.

Jim Smith asked for an update on a number of things so here goes.
Guitar playing-I played "Black Mountain Rag" at Doc Watson speed last week. Even hit most of the notes.
Free Mercedes: I have a taker on the offer of a free Mercedes. One of my business partners thinks he can sell it for scrap and make enough to justify hauling it away. My wife says if I get rid of the Mercedes and old the Mini and clean out my shop and the garage, I can buy a new Mini. I really don't want a new Mini but I figure I can a Telecaster instead and maybe a really big, loud Peavey amp.
My eye is not getting any better but then it is not getting worse.
Retirement: Hah, I laugh at retirement. Okay more of a sad little chuckle. Over the last year, I have moved to the near side of death, but then I read that Boomers are selfish people who will retire and suck all the life out of the economy by demanding their social security payments. I would not want to be the reason the economy collapsed (that would be too much like Jimmy Carter) so I suppose I'll just keep on working until I fall over on the key board and you seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
