Still real busy around here. I need to get a lot of things done this month because my son and I plan on doing two week trip out west in September and I don't want end up cancelling because of work.
I think my eye is getting a little better. It doesn't seem to be as bad today but I gues time will tell.

Since winning the contract in June, we have been responding to "task orders" which are mini-contracts for the actual work. So far there have been four and we appear to have won 3 of the 4 competing against a large company. If this keeps up, I may grow to like this business. A couple dozen more such wins and we may make some money---which would be good.
I am now working 40 hours a week for a client and running the company which is seriously cutting into my music time.
Today, I saw the neatest guitar, a seven string "Roger McQuinn" Martin with an extra "G" string just so you can play "Turn, Turn, Turn". Now as for me, I would just get a twelve string but it is a neat instrument.

I have developed a strange malady. The best I can describe it is I have an air bubble in my right eye. The eye doc says the vitreous gel separated from the retina. The effect is something like looking through a window on which someone has smeared vasoline. Fortunately it moves around and sometimes I can see okay.
Like I said, strange.

Alive but not necessarily well. We have been working long hours writing new proposals and responding to new possibilities. Even then, I have tried to post several times with no succes with Blogger. Whatever the problem has been, I didn't have tome to try to fix it.
