I should update you on my efforts to un-junk the house. So far this week, I have only brought one pickup load of stuff in.

Get up right now, go through your house and get rid of all the things you never use, don't know why you ever had them to begin with and barely recognize what they are. I have spent the past four weekends trying to get my M-in-law's house and farm ready for an estate sale. Folks, you don't need most of that stuff that you have stored and someone will have to spend days getting rid of it when you move along, either to a retirement home like the M-in-law or to your reward.
I have decided that I will get rid of the things I never use. If it hasn't been touched in a year or so, I probably don't need it. Of course, that doesn't apply to my valuable collection of car magazines, National Geographic, out dated parts sales catalogs or my several musical instruments that I plan to learn to play someday, but the junk my wife saves goes.
